MES Gianduja Fondente is a combination of the best of cocoa and Piedmont PGI hazelnuts. The 50g MES tablets are our latest creation. They were created to satisfy the desire to taste the Guido Castagna Natural Method chocolate, in a precise path of aromas. The cocoa used comes from Venezuela, Honduras, Madagascar and Vietnam. MES Gianduja Fondente is a combination of the best of cocoa and Piedmont PGI hazelnuts. The MES bars are made of RAW chocolate, i.e. processed at very low temperatures to keep all the aromas intact for 24 months, a long maturation to obtain the best aroma.

Nocciola Piemonte I.G.P. 30%, zucchero di barbabietola italiano, fave di cacao Venezuela, burro di cacao. Emulsionante: lecitina di girasole. Cacao min 40%. Contiene nocciola. Può contenere tracce di latte in polvere. Conservare in luogo fresco ed asciutto 14° – 16° C. Degustare a temperatura ambiente.
