Created in collaboration with Michele Marzella, bartender at Affini, and Guido Castagna, one of the greatest Italian master chocolatiers, recognized internationally. The cocoa beans used for ‘L Türinèis vermouth respect the rules of the Guido Castagna Natural Method Chocolate specification: fine cocoa beans, certified harvester cooperatives, low-temperature roasting.
