MES Vietnam has a strong creaminess and notable complexity, primary aromas of sage and lemon, smoke and spices. The 50g MES tablets are our latest creation. They were created to satisfy the desire to taste the Guido Castagna Natural Method chocolate, in a precise path of aromas. The cocoa used comes from Venezuela, Honduras, Madagascar and Vietnam. MES Gianduja Fondente is a combination of the best of cocoa and Piedmont PGI hazelnuts. The MES bars are made of RAW chocolate, i.e. processed at very low temperatures to keep all the aromas intact for 24 months, a long maturation to obtain the best aroma.
